By championing the training and employment of Indigenous tradespeople, we are committed to ensure that their voices, skills, and cultural heritage are valued and represented.
This focus is both strategic and meaningful in that it helps to address workforce shortages in the construction industry, while also promoting reconciliation, preserving traditional knowledge, and building stronger relationships based on mutual respect.
